Sample Project Report

Yes yes, even if it's healthy, we can always manage to give pleasure to our young and old lovers in the tooth sweet! As we know, the desserts are always popular at the end of a meal and here is one that will not leave anyone indifferent undoubtedly is so good! We use the fruit and juice that we like and we let our imagination and that's a dessert to savor the most surprising in its simplicity;) xxx






















Note: As I had unsweetened apple juice, I added a packet of splenda in my liquid mixture. Delicious, especially very low in calories, which is quite significant for the waistline;) The jelly will keep for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.



Preparation: 15 minutes Refrigeration
:
2 hours Servings: 4 Ingredients


1 cup (250ml) of red grapes
1 cup (250ml) because green

2 clementines 1 / 4 cup (60ml) cold water 1 packet
unflavored gelatin 7 g
1 / 4 cup (60ml) boiling water
1 cup (250ml) apple juice *
my adding splenda to taste



Preparation
1) Cut the grapes in half. Peel the clementines and separate into wedges. Divide the fruit into four sealed containers of 1 cup (250ml) each.

2) In a bowl, add cold water and dissolve the gelatin, stirring. Pour the boiling water and wait 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in apple juice.

3) Divide mixture liquid in the containers. Let cool.

4) Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, until gelatin is set in stone.
