Pain santé zucchinis et carottes

Here's a delicious recipe that my mother was when we were young. I revisited improving its nutritional value. It is always so tasty!

Ingredients: 2 zucchini

1 large carrot

2 eggs 1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
1 3 / 4 cup of wheat flour
1 / 4 cup of seeds
ground flax 1 / 4 cup sleeves
2 tablespoons chia teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp
teaspoon baking soda 1 tsp
teaspoon ground cinnamon A pinch of salt

1 / 4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:

1 - Grate the zucchini and carrot, or simply spend a few seconds in a food processor. Book.
2 - In a bowl, stir together eggs, oil and sugar.
3 - In another bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients except nuts.
4 - Using a wooden spoon, stir in the grated vegetables to the mixture moist. Then add the dry mix, then at the very end, nuts.
5 - Put in two rectangular loaf pans.
6 - Bake at 350 degrees Celsius about 50 minutes (check for doneness with a toothpick).

Note:

If you do not have flax seeds and / or chia, you can simply substitute for 1 / 4 cup of wheat flour.
