Bites BBQ Chicken



Who said healthy eating did not taste? Although these are small bites that will convince you and even surprise you ladies (e) friends (e)! Yes yes, both good and awfully tasty gourmet you'll like until you lick your fingertips hihi! They are much better than restaurant and pretty much you put smiles in the faces of those of you who have the happiness to enjoy guaranteed:) xxx

Note: For the sauce, I added a little syrup Maple is give my apple juice was not sweet. For chicken, I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts that I cut into strips.



Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking
: 20-25 minutes
Servings: 4-6 Ingredients


1 / 4 cup (60ml) all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
cup (10ml) 1 tablespoon paprika
teaspoon (5 ml) chili seasoning (me 2 heaping teaspoon) 1 tablespoon
teaspoon (5ml) ground cumin (I 2. tea packed) 1 tsp
teaspoon (5 ml) of Italian herbs
1 / 2 c. tsp (2 ml) garlic powder Pepper to taste

1 lb (500g) chicken thighs defatted, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide
2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
1 / 2 cup (125ml) barbecue sauce trade
1 / 2 cup (125ml) apple juice
few drops of Tabasco (optional)




Preparation 1) Preheat oven to 350 ° F . (180 ° C).

2) In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, chili powder, cumin, herbs and garlic powder. Pepper.

3) Add chicken pieces and mix well so that each piece is completely coated in seasoned flour.

4) In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil medium heat. Add half the chicken and cook 5 minutes. Turn and cook 5 minutes more. Place chicken on a roasting pan lined with parchment paper and reserve.

5) Pour the remaining oil to skillet and cook the remaining chicken pieces. Place on plate reserved. Bake 5 minutes.

6) Meanwhile, in the pan used to cook the chicken, pour barbecue sauce, apple juice and Tabasco. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce for 5 minutes to obtain a thick sauce.

7) Remove the chicken directly into the sauce. Mix gently to coat. Serve with raw vegetables.
