Note: What to do with ice cupcakes? Turn them into delicious mini sandwiches with cream cheese!
In a bowl, mix 5 c.soupe of softened cream cheese and about 3 c.soupe sugar. Stir 1 / 4 c. tsp vanilla extract. Spread the underside of a cap with a dollop of cheese. Close the sandwich with a second cup, cut side over the cheese. Prepare and five other mini sandwiches. Irresistible!

Ingredients 1 / 3 cup salted butter, chopped 1 cup +
2c.soupe cake flour
1 / 3 cup cocoa powder Dutch-type
1 / 2 c.The baking soda 1 pinch salt
3 / 4 cup sugar 2 large eggs
at room temperature
2 / 3 cup of drink Soy (me chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla extract 12 large strawberries
24 small or frozen, thawed and patted dry with a égoutées essuis-all (me of fresh)
12 cookies marshmallow (type Whippet)

Preparation 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Melt butter in microwave. Book.
2) In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and sel.Ajouter remaining ingredients (except strawberries and biscuits). Pour melted butter réservé.À using a whisk, mix just enough to blend the ingredients well.
3) Fill the cavities of a muffin pan paper. Divide batter evenly in the center moules.Cuire oven 16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out propre.Retirer dough from oven and let stand 5 minutes.Retirer cupcakes cavities and let cool completely (about 1 hour ).

4) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a serrated knife, remove the cap cupcakes than paper cups and set aside for another use. Using a small spoon, scoop out the inside of the cupcakes so they can host a strawberry. Pressed into each cupcake a big strawberry or two small.
5) Put the cupcakes in the cavities of muffin and cookie table a marshmallow on each. Bake in center of oven 5 minutes or until cookies are lightly broke out and leaking. (Watch carefully during cooking! Marshmallow background .. then disappears very quickly.) Remove from oven and let cool 3 minutes before serving
